Ruth joined Elder’s in January of 2011 and has been our Varnell Store Manager since September of 2024. Ruth has also worked at our Chickamauga, Lafayette and Southside stores. Her favorite department is paint because she loves seeing the look on customers’ faces when she mixes the perfect color! When asked what she likes most about working at Elder’s, Ruth said “being a part of a team and helping our community!”. On her off days, Ruth enjoys hiking and being outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her three children and her grandson!
