Ron joined Elder’s in May of 2018 and has been our Highway 58 Store Manager since May of 2026. Ron has worked at our East Ridge, Cleveland, Ringgold, Trenton and Varnell stores. His favorite department is Plumbing because he enjoys helping customers determine what they need to solve their problems. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Elder’s, Ron said assisting customers and teaching employees things he's learned to help them be successful in their work and personal life. On his day off, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and granddaughter and hanging out with his dad. He also enjoys hiking, building things around the house, and watching Alabama football. Ron may be the biggest Alabama football fan you'll ever meet!
