Steven joined Elder’s in April of 1997 and has been our Highway 58 Store Manager since 2020. Steven has worked at both our Brainerd and Highway 58 stores. His favorite department is plumbing because it’s challenging and he enjoys helping people figure out what they need to complete their project. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Elder’s, Steven said “helping customers, communicating with associates, and handling the daily challenges that arise”. Steven’s favorite piece of advice from Elder is to greet every customer with a smile and by name. On his off days, Steven enjoys biking, studying history, and playing music as well as spending time with his kids. Steven is a graduate of UTC with a degree in Sociology. We’re thankful Steven chose to pursue a career with Elder’s!
