Stephen joined Elder’s in November of 2022 and has been our Rocky Hill Store Manager since October of 2023. Grilling is Stephen's favorite department because he enjoys experimenting on his Traeger and his Blackstone. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Elder’s, Stephen said he appreciates the family feel of the company. He says his team gets along well and constantly bounces ideas off of each other. On his off days, you can find Stephen grilling, fishing, hunting, golfing and spending time with family. Fun fact- Stephen is an Air Force veteran and the children's ministry leader at his church!
