Marion joined Elder’s in June of 2025 and has been our Dallas Store Manager since. He enjoys working in various departments throughout the store because he loves DIY projects and all types of home renovation projects! Marion’s favorite thing about working at Elder’s is the company’s family feel and welcoming team atmosphere. On his days off, Marion spends his time painting, drawing, woodworking and gardening. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends! Fun fact- Marion has been in management for the last 45 years!
